In August I featured London lo-fi minimalists The Angry Years and the buzz that their early demos have generated (Angry Young Years). Well they're back with a new track. A track so fresh that they only recorded it last week. As you will probably gather from it's title 'Dress Yourself As Someone Dead' isn't a party song, unless you're planning a party for kohl eyed gothic grave huggers.
Where the early demos were lo-fi minimalist affairs 'Dress Yourself As Someone Dead' is more mature, more full bodied and even more satisfying to the palate. It's less than two weeks into the new year and we already have a contender for track of the year.
2011 is the year to get angry.
