One of the Devil's favourite bands of the moment the eternally lovely Lovely Eggs are back with another slice of offbeat pop perfection. Don't Look At Me (I Don't Like It) is released from captivity on 31st January on Cherryade Records (still waiting for my review copy guys!!). It's another in a long line of Lovely Eggs numbers that scramble the sublime and the ridiculous in equal measure making the world a better place.

With lyrics about sausage roll thumbs, washing line smiles, wheelchair hearts and dressing gown noses Don't Look At Me is the perfect antidote to all those earnest young types who take themselves oh so seriously. Does anyone remember the days when music used to be this light-hearted and fun?

They oeufsome twosome have even managed to rope in John Shuttleworth (aka Graham Fellows, aka Jilted John) for a guest appearance in the video. Who'd have thought it the Lovely Eggs mixing with light-hearted novelty pop royalty!
